TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated:
Welcome to Treehouse Studio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, mobile app, booking services, classes, workshops, events, programs, memberships, class packages, private experiences, and other services offered by Treehouse Studio.
By accessing our website or app, creating an account, making a purchase or reservation, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services & Eligibility
Treehouse Studio offers movement, wellness, educational, recreational, creative, community, and event-based services. These may include yoga, fitness and movement classes, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, workshops, educational experiences, community events, private sessions, special events, outdoor experiences, and other programming.
Certain activities or events may have additional eligibility requirements, age restrictions, participation guidelines, or separate terms. Participants are responsible for reviewing the description and requirements of an offering before registering.
2. Health & Participation
Participation in physical activities, classes, workshops, events, and outdoor experiences may involve inherent risks.
By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for you. Participants should inform their instructor or facilitator of relevant limitations or concerns before participating and should stop or modify participation when necessary.
Treehouse Studio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information provided through our classes, workshops, website, app, instructors, facilitators, or other services is intended for educational and wellness purposes and should not replace professional medical advice.
If you are pregnant, injured, have a medical condition, or have concerns about whether an activity is appropriate for you, you should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.
Certain activities may require acceptance of a separate participant waiver or release.
Treehouse Studio and its instructors or facilitators reserve the right to stop or deny an individual's participation when they reasonably believe continued participation presents an immediate safety concern.
3. Minors
Treehouse Studio may offer programming appropriate for children, teens, families, and adults. Individual offerings may have specific age requirements.
When required, a parent or legal guardian must complete registrations, bookings, waivers, and other required documentation on behalf of a minor.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether an offering is appropriate for their child and complying with any supervision or participation requirements associated with the offering.
4. Bookings & Payments
Bookings may be made through the Treehouse Studio website, mobile app, or an authorized booking platform.
Prices, schedules, availability, instructors, facilitators, locations, and offerings are subject to change.
Payment may be required at the time of booking. By submitting payment information, you authorize Treehouse Studio and its payment-processing providers to charge the applicable amount for your purchase.
Class packs, memberships, promotional offers, credits, and other packages may have individual terms, eligibility requirements, sharing restrictions, and expiration dates. Terms displayed with a particular offer at the time of purchase also apply to that purchase.
Treehouse Studio reserves the right to correct pricing, scheduling, or listing errors when reasonably necessary.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Schedule Changes
Purchases and reservations are subject to the Treehouse Studio Cancellation & Refund Policy as well as any specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Cancellation and refund terms may vary for regular classes, workshops, special events, memberships, packages, promotional offers, and private bookings.
Treehouse Studio reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, relocate, substitute an instructor or facilitator, or otherwise reasonably modify an offering.
An instructor or facilitator substitution alone does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
Treehouse Studio may also cancel or reschedule an offering when minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
Please refer to the Cancellation & Refund Policy below for additional information.
6. Arrival & Late Entry
Guests are encouraged to arrive before the scheduled start time of their class, workshop, or event.
Treehouse Studio may limit or deny late entry when allowing entry would significantly disrupt an offering or create a safety concern.
Failure to arrive in time to participate does not automatically entitle a guest to a refund or credit and may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show under the applicable policy.
7. Studio Conduct & Etiquette
Treehouse Studio is committed to maintaining a welcoming, safe, clean, and respectful environment.
Participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, facilitators, vendors, guests, and other participants respectfully and to follow reasonable studio and instructor directions.
Guests are expected to arrive in clean, appropriate clothing, maintain reasonable personal hygiene, and respect shared equipment, facilities, and spaces.
Treehouse Studio reserves the right to refuse service, discontinue participation, or remove an individual from a class, event, program, or property when behavior is disruptive, threatening, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, destructive, significantly interferes with others' experience, or otherwise violates studio policies.
Additional etiquette, safety, or participation guidelines may apply to individual offerings.
8. Independent Instructors, Facilitators & Collaborators
Some Treehouse Studio offerings may involve independent instructors, facilitators, artists, practitioners, vendors, contractors, or community collaborators.
Offerings, instructors, facilitators, formats, and content may change when reasonably necessary.
Independent providers may also maintain professional policies, qualifications, or requirements applicable to services they personally provide.
9. Outdoor & Off-Site Activities
Certain Treehouse Studio classes, events, retreats, gatherings, or experiences may take place outdoors or at locations other than the primary studio.
Outdoor and off-site activities may involve conditions beyond Treehouse Studio's control, including weather, uneven terrain, insects, plants, natural conditions, traffic, public spaces, and other environmental factors.
Participants are responsible for following event-specific instructions and determining whether conditions are appropriate for their participation.
10. Personal Property, Vehicles & Parking
Participants are responsible for their belongings while visiting Treehouse Studio or attending an off-site experience.
To the extent permitted by law, Treehouse Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property.
Treehouse Studio is also not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for theft, loss, or damage involving vehicles or property left inside vehicles while guests attend Treehouse Studio activities.
Guests are responsible for complying with posted parking rules and restrictions.
11. Assumption of Risk
By voluntarily participating in classes, workshops, events, outdoor experiences, or other activities offered through Treehouse Studio, you acknowledge that some activities may involve risks of injury.
You voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with participation except where responsibility cannot legally be waived or limited.
These Terms do not replace any separate participant waiver or release that may be required for particular activities.
12. Photography & Media
Photography, audio recording, or video recording may occasionally occur during Treehouse Studio classes, workshops, events, or community experiences.
When promotional photography or recording is planned, Treehouse Studio may provide notice or request additional consent when appropriate.
Participation in an event does not automatically grant Treehouse Studio unrestricted permission to commercially use an individual's likeness where separate consent is required.
13. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Treehouse Studio may need to modify, relocate, reschedule, or cancel an offering because of circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including severe weather, unsafe conditions, power or utility outages, building or facility issues, government restrictions, emergencies, natural events, or other circumstances that make an offering impractical or unsafe.
When this occurs, Treehouse Studio will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes and will apply the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, credit, or refund terms.
14. Website & App Use
You agree to use the Treehouse Studio website, mobile app, and online services only for lawful purposes.
You may not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of our website or app, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, misuse booking functionality, or use digital content in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of Treehouse Studio or others.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content created by Treehouse Studio, including branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, written materials, class descriptions, and website or app content, is owned by or licensed to Treehouse Studio.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use this content without permission except as permitted by law.

18. Third-Party Services
Treehouse Studio may use third-party platforms and providers for scheduling, booking, payments, email, text messaging, website and app hosting, analytics, or other business functions.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be governed by the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.
19. Billing Issues & Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact Treehouse Studio so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of payment methods, accounts, promotions, booking systems, or payment-dispute processes may result in suspension or termination of booking privileges to the extent permitted by law.
20. Disclaimer
Treehouse Studio strives to provide high-quality experiences but does not guarantee specific physical, emotional, financial, wellness, business, personal-development, or other results from participation in its services.
Individual experiences and results vary.
Services are provided to the extent permitted by applicable law without guarantees beyond those expressly stated.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Last Updated:
We understand that plans change. This policy is designed to give our community reasonable flexibility while respecting our instructors, facilitators, limited class capacity, and other guests who may be waiting for an available spot.
Specific offers, workshops, memberships, promotions, and private bookings may have additional or different terms. When specific terms are displayed at the time of purchase, those terms will apply to that purchase.
1. Regular Classes
Reservations for regular classes may be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time.
When an eligible cancellation is made at least 12 hours in advance, the applicable class credit will be returned to the customer's account for future use, subject to the original credit or package expiration date.
Treehouse Studio generally provides account or class credit rather than a cash refund for customer-initiated regular class cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class are considered late cancellations, and the applicable class credit or payment will be forfeited.
2. No-Shows
If a participant does not attend a reserved class and does not cancel within the applicable cancellation window, the reservation will be considered a no-show.
No-shows result in the loss of the applicable class credit or payment.
3. First Courtesy Waiver
Treehouse Studio may provide each customer with one courtesy waiver for their first late cancellation or no-show.
This is one total courtesy waiver per customer, not one waiver for each type of occurrence.
After the courtesy waiver has been used, standard late-cancellation and no-show policies apply.
4. Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances can occur.
Additional exceptions may be considered at Treehouse Studio's discretion. An exception provided in one situation does not guarantee an exception in future circumstances.
5. Class Packs
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, class-pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
Class packs are not transferable or shareable unless the specific offer expressly allows transfer or sharing.
When a reservation made with a class-pack credit is canceled within the applicable cancellation window, the credit will be returned to the customer's pack.
Late cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of the applicable class credit.
Class packs and credits may have expiration dates. The expiration period displayed with the specific offer at the time of purchase applies.
6. Memberships
Membership payments are generally non-refundable once charged unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable membership terms.
Membership cancellation, renewal, commitment periods, freezes, and other membership-specific policies may vary depending on the membership purchased.
Complete membership terms will be provided with the applicable membership offer and will govern that membership.
7. Workshops & Special Events
Unless different terms are displayed for a particular event, cancellations for workshops and special events must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to qualify for studio credit.
Eligible cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive studio credit rather than a cash refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event and event no-shows are non-refundable and do not qualify for studio credit.
Certain workshops, special events, retreats, performances, collaborations, or other limited-capacity experiences may have different or stricter cancellation terms. Any such terms will be disclosed with the applicable offering.
8. Transferring Workshop or Event Tickets
Unless otherwise stated for a particular offering, an eligible workshop or special-event ticket may be transferred to another person when Treehouse Studio is notified in advance.
The original purchaser is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the replacement attendee when requested.
9. Treehouse Studio Cancellations
If Treehouse Studio cancels a regular class, any applicable class credit will be returned automatically.
Customers who purchased an individual drop-in specifically for a class canceled by Treehouse Studio may choose an account credit or a refund to the original payment method.
If Treehouse Studio cancels a workshop or special event, affected customers may choose a full refund or applicable studio credit unless an alternative arrangement has been mutually agreed upon.
10. Minimum Enrollment
Treehouse Studio may cancel or reschedule a class, workshop, or other offering if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
If Treehouse Studio cancels the offering, the applicable Treehouse Studio cancellation terms above will apply.
11. Instructor or Facilitator Changes
Treehouse Studio may occasionally substitute an instructor or facilitator because of illness, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or other circumstances.
An instructor or facilitator substitution alone does not automatically qualify a reservation for a refund or credit.
12. Late Arrival
Late entry may be limited or denied when entering after an offering has begun would significantly disrupt the experience or create a safety concern.
Being denied late entry does not automatically qualify a participant for a refund or credit and may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
13. Private Events & Studio Rentals
Private events, studio rentals, and other private bookings will be governed by a separate rental or booking agreement.
Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation deadlines, rescheduling terms, damages, cleaning requirements, and refund policies for private rentals are being finalized and may vary depending on the booking.
The terms provided with the applicable private rental agreement will govern that reservation.
14. Promotions & Special Offers
Promotional pricing, introductory offers, discounted packages, complimentary benefits, and other special offers may have additional restrictions, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, or cancellation terms.
The terms stated with the specific promotion or offer will apply.
15. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Severe weather, unsafe conditions, utility outages, building issues, emergencies, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside Treehouse Studio's reasonable control may require an offering to be modified, relocated, rescheduled, or canceled.
Treehouse Studio will make reasonable efforts to communicate these changes and will apply the applicable credit, rescheduling, or refund terms based on the circumstances.
16. Policy Changes
Treehouse Studio may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy as services and offerings evolve.
The current policy will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Existing purchases may also remain subject to terms presented at the time of purchase.
